In a small shop in Holland, Michigan, Elite Activewear opens its doors—focused on quality craftsmanship and community.

2004: 20 years of excellence

Elite Activewear marks two decades of local service and personalized apparel.

2023: Expansion & webstores milestone

Elite acquires Roses’s Embroidery and expands into a larger production facility to meet rising demand.

Changes name officially to Elite Screen Printing & Embroidery

Reaches the brand’s first 100 webstores launched since 2019.

2019: Acquisition & Webstores launch

Elite Activewear is acquired by Harbourside Ventures, LLC.

Elite begins offering custom webstores, expanding its tech stack to better serve teams, schools, and businesses.

2024: 40 years celebration & first Inc. 5000 list ranking

Elite moves into a newly renovated space, doubling down on operational growth and future-ready infrastructure, to celebrate the brand’s 40th anniversary.

For the first time ever, Elite makes the Inc. 5000 List, ranking #122 on the Midwest Regionals List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

2025: Ranked Inc 5000 top 5 in MI

Elite climbs to #64 in the Midwest and #4 in Michigan on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies.

2025: Introducing WorkWear Collective

To reflect a broader vision and community-first mindset, Elite rebrands as WorkWear Collective — a name that captures brand’s big vision and future-focused approach.

This year, we also hit two major milestones:

• Launched our 200th custom webstore

• Produced our 600,000th branded item since 2019
